WellDyneRx (WellDyne) is providing notice of a data incident that could affect the privacy of individuals nationwide. WellDyne provides pharmacy benefit related services, and collects and stores a significant amount of personal information of its customers.

In December 2021, WellDyne became aware of suspicious activity related to a company email account and later determined that there was unauthorized access between October 30, 2021, and November 11, 2021. In March 2022, WellDyne completed their data breach review, and identified the scope of data involved.
