What Happened at The Longleaf Network?
On March 4, 2025, The Longleaf Network filed a notice of data breach with the Attorney General of Massachusetts after discovering that an unauthorized party may have accessed its computer network for ten days back in May 2024. In their company breach notice, Longleaf explains that the security incident resulted in the unauthorized party being able to access consumers’ sensitive information such as names, financial account info and Social Security numbers.

The Longleaf Network breach was only recently announced, and more details should emerge in the coming weeks. They later concluded that an unauthorized party accessed parts of its network between May 19, 2024, and May 29, 2024.
