What Happened at SoloPoint Solutions?

On March 28, 2025, SoloPoint started sending out notice letters to all individuals impacted by the data security incident. The letters state that on January 15, 2025, the company experienced suspicious activity on their company server.

After an investigation involving cybersecurity experts, they concluded that an unknown third party gained unauthorized access to the internal server at SoloPoint Solutions that stored HR files containing certain personal information. The server impacted the following records: stored employee records, including your name, address, social security number, driver’s license, passport or other government identification numbers, date of birth, and your bank routing and account numbers for direct deposit.
