What Happened at P-Fleet?

P-Fleet reported this incident to the Attorney General of Maine, noting that the sensitive personal identifiable information in its possession may have been compromised. It is currently unknown how many individuals have been impacted in the breach, but more details should emerge and P-Fleet has said that data breach notification letters were sent out on June 3, 2025.

According to the published notice, on February 18, 2025, P-Fleet was alerted to suspicious activity on an employee email account and began investigating. The company later confirmed that sensitive personal information in its systems may have been accessed and acquired by an unauthorized third party between November 26, 2024, and February 21, 2025. The following types of information could potentially be exposed:

  • Social Security number
