On December 15, 2024, the company allegedly discovered that an unauthorized person may have acquired a trove of personal data from their IT network. More details will begin to emerge in the coming weeks, however, an initial investigation determined that the data security incident in question occurred around December 11, 2024.

The type of information stored on Norwex USA systems may include the following:

  • Mailing address
