Logan Health Medical Center announced that it has recently been a victim of a hack on their information technology systems, which may have involved the personal information of thousands of individuals.

In November 2021, Logan Health medical Center discovered evidence of unauthorized access to one of eight Logan Health file servers that included shared folders which contained protected health information related to employees. Different information may have been involved for each individual.
