Captify Health has started notifying users of the Your Patient Advisor online service that sensitive information may have been exposed and obtained by unauthorized individuals. Credit card information has been reported as stolen and misused.

Captify Health prepares patients for colonoscopy procedures through the Your Patient Advisor service. Captify collects customer information and processes card payments through their website.

An external investigation into credit card fraud concluded that Captify Health was the source of the data breach. Captify Health was informed as early as March 2021 about the breach.
