The Lyon Firm is actively involved in class action personal privacy and data theft cases and is currently investigating Acuity International and Comprehensive Health Services data breach claims on behalf of plaintiffs nationwide.

Letters have been sent to supplement the notice provided by Acuity’s subsidiary, Comprehensive Health Services (CHS) on February 15, 2022 and March 14, 2022. In total, over 122,000 individuals may have been affected by this data security incident. The incident may have included unauthorized access to names and Social Security numbers.

On September 30, 2020, Acuity detected unusual activity within its network following multiple fraudulent wire transfers. Following review and analysis, Acuity determined on April 4, 2022, that personal information of individuals employed by one of its subsidiaries may have been accessed or acquired by a malicious actor.

Acuity International provides professional services, specialized consulting, engineering, medical, and environmental solutions, and large-scale program management services for the government and commercial clients.
