The Lyon Firm is investigating Fidelity National Financial data breach claims after the company filed a notice of data breach with the Securities and Exchange Commission after discovering a “cybersecurity incident.”

What Happened at Fidelity National Financial?

On November 17, 2023, Fidelity National Financial said an “unauthorized third party” accessed certain systems and acquired certain credentials. An investigation has begun but the company has not yet confirmed a full-scale data breach.
