TriValley Primary Care has begun sending out letters that indicate that in October 2021, a ransomware incident impacted company networks and servers. Over 122,000 individuals were allegedly impacted by the data breach.

After TriValley discovered the ransomware attack, they restored systems and operations, though the damage may have already been done, according to experts. TriValley concluded a data breach investigation on November 4, 2021, with the assistance of a third-party forensics team, and it is currently unknown whether or not personal data has been leaked to the dark web.
