Cochise Eye and Laser, based out of Arizona, recently reported a ransomware attack that may have compromised the personal data of over 100,000 patients. The January 2021 attack targeted the RF Eye patient scheduling and billing software.

Cochise Eye and Laser operates two optometrist offices and a surgical office. The compromised data may include:
