What Happened at Mainline Health Systems?

Mainline Health Systems Inc, a healthcare provider based out of Monticello, Arkansas, reported a data breach to the Maine Attorney General that may have compromised the personal data of 101,104 individuals nationwide.

On May 21, 2025, Mainline Health discovered that compromised data included full name, date of birth, Social Security Number, U.S. driver’s license number, financial account and payment card numbers, medical record number, patient ID, Medicaid number, health insurance policy and group numbers, medical diagnosis and treatment details, clinical and prescription information, provider location and provider name.

Recently, Mainline posted a notice of the incident on its website. On June 20, 2025, Mainline started sending data breach notification letters to all known impacted individuals which should provide more details regarding the data compromised.
