The IT security incident occurred between November 26, 2024, and December 21, 2024, when an unauthorized third party allegedly gained access to the company network. An investigation concluded that the hacker was able to access and copy files containing sensitive personal information. The compromised files may have included personally identifiable information (PII) such as names, addresses, and Social Security numbers.

The impact of the breach is not entirely clear at the moment; however, we do know it is widespread and was officially reported to the Texas Attorney General’s office, the Massachusetts Attorney General’s office, the California Attorney General’s office, and the New Hampshire Attorney General’s office.
