What Happened at Integrated Specialty Coverages?

In February 2025, Integrated Specialty Coverages, LLC (ISC), a Carlsbad, California-based insurance program administrator, suffered an alleged data breach that may have compromised the personal and protected health information of over 90,000 individuals in Texas alone. The ISC breach was reported to the California and Texas Attorney General’s offices on July 2 and July 3, 2025, and notification letters were sent to affected individuals.

The data privacy incident occurred between February 16 and February 19, 2025, and exposed sensitive personal data that may include the following: names, Social Security numbers, dates of birth, driver’s license numbers, tax IDs, biometric data, and medical information.

If you receive a data breach notification letter from ISC or believe your information was leaked, you may be able to file a class action complaint. Any data breach incident raises serious concerns about the  ability of companies nationwide to safeguard sensitive consumer information. As an insurance program administrator, handling critical data for industries like construction, hospitality, transportation, and entertainment, we believe Integrated Specialty Coverages has a duty to protected any data that they collect and store.

The unauthorized access to ISC systems may have left thousands at risk of identity theft, financial fraud, and other risks. Affected individuals may face emotional distress, financial damages, and the burden of securing their personal information for many years to come. Our experienced legal team at The Lyon Firm is currently investigating this breach on behalf of California plaintiffs and is committed to holding companies accountable for failing to implement adequate cybersecurity measures.
