On July 22, 2024, Allcare Medical Management filed a notice of data breach with the Attorney General of California, and began sending out data breach notification letters to individuals affected by a recent data security incident. The breach allegedly impacted personal data belonging to patients of Family Planning Associates Medical Group, Inc. (FPS Women’s Health). These letters should provide victims with more details regarding what information may have been stolen, and could include the following:
