Intellihartx Data Breach Investigation

The Tennessee-based ITx said it discovered in February that Fortra had been subject to a security incident potentially affecting ITx clients.
Information compromised in the ITx data breach includes patients’ names, addresses, medical billing and insurance information, medical information, birth dates and Social Security numbers.
