The ensuing investigation determined that a third party accessed their computer systems from March 12 to 13, 2023, and that certain personal information may have been stolen.

BrightSpring Healthcare Services, is a community-based healthcare services company based in Louisville, Kentucky. The company provides medical care and pharmacy services to patients.

BrightSpring Healthcare Services, Inc. did not properly report the data breach to the HHS or the affected parties until August 11, 2023. In total, the data of 535,203 individuals may have been compromised in the breach.
